One of the personnel from the band The Virgin, Cameria Happy Pramita alias Mita, has stated that she no longer wants to be in a relationship at her age, which is nearing forty.
Mita prefers to get married directly instead of dating first. She revealed this during her recent appearance as a guest on the talk show For Your Pagi.
At first, Mita was asked to wear a hijab prepared by the FYP team. Then, the host Raffi Ahmad inquired about her desire to undergo taaruf.
“I heard you want this, right?” Raffi joked.
“Taaruf. I don’t want to date anymore, I just want to get married,” Mita said while putting on the hijab.
Raffi then asked about Mita’s current age.
“Almost 39, while Dara is 33. I’m nearly seven years older than her,” she replied.
Mita is ready to marry if a man is willing to propose directly to her parents.
“If someone wants to marry you, are you ready?” asked Raffi again.
Without hesitation, Mita responded, “Yes, I’m ready. If you want to meet my mom with that intention, go ahead. Yes, for sure. I don’t want to waste time dating.”
Mita’s statement surprised netizens, as many believed the guitarist was still in her twenties.
“But she looks so youthful, it’s hard to believe she’s almost 39. She looks like she’s 25,” remarked one netizen.
“Almost 39, but her face looks like she’s 29,” added another.
“Wow, she’s already 39. But she still looks young,” said another user.
